Hiya There , Sometimes While Installing Google Play Services On Our Old Chinese Phones Can Be Headache , Sometimes Google Installer Doesn't Work For Certain Device 

In My Case It Was Redmi 6A Running Miui9 

I Tried Google Installer But It Didn't Work , It Was Stuck At 0% , Literally Stuck 

So I Tried Manually Installing Update Versions Of Necessary Apps For Google Play To Run , But Sadly It Didn't Work Either 

But After Searching On Internet And Trying One After One , I Found The Way

Firstly Download The "Rar" File From Below

Extract The Rar File You Will Get A Folder Named "Google.Play.Install"

Install All The App According To Their Number 

After Installing Restart Your Device And Open Play Store , It'll Work
